🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program, candidates must fulfill the following criteria as per the norms of the National Council for Teacher Education and the affiliated university:

📌 Academic Qualification

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.) or Master’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 50% marks (or as prescribed by the university) is generally required.
• For reserved categories, relaxation in marks may be applicable as per government rules.

📌 Subject Requirement

• Candidates should have studied at least one school-relevant subject at the graduation level (such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, etc.).

📌 Age Limit

• There is usually no upper age limit for admission to the B.Ed. course.
• Minimum age criteria may vary depending on state/university guidelines.

📌 Entrance / Merit Criteria

• Admission is granted based on:
  • Entrance examination, or
  • Merit (qualifying exam marks) as per state government or university policies.

• Candidates must be medically fit and capable of participating in teaching practice.
